Detect alternate filenames for Atom and Stata

I recently installed this and had trouble getting it to work – the issue was that the shell command for Atom was called "atom-beta" and the command for Stata was "stata-se" since those are the versions I'm running. "stata-mp" is also possible. I manually duplicated these in their respective directories and renamed them "atom" and "stata" and the package works fine.
