Strategy required for users trying to troubleshoot IFC

Either as an end user or a developer, an end user should have a place to go to solve their problems.

My thoughts are that these are produced as a knowledgebase as a result from the proposed forum. A collection of FAQ could be asssembled and used as a reference for future users.
