Add file type filters to cubi-tk sodar check-remote and allow optional output suppression

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
cubi-tk sodar check-remote can be usefull to (double) check that a given local folder or project is properly archived in a Sodar project. However, there is currently now way to reduce, filter or otherwise control the output that is written into the console.

Describe the solution you'd like
Addition of:

• filtering by file types (i.e. only check fastq files)
• suppression of certain output sections (only remote / only local / both)
• filtering of files by regex/file-glob
