Graceful shutdown error in setup_irods.py

At the end of running setup_irods.py with unattended config, iRODS displays the following error:

Error encountered in graceful shutdown.
iRODS server processes remain after "irods-grid shutdown".
irodsServer :

  Process 40
Killing forcefully...
Killing /usr/sbin/irodsServer, pid 39
Killing /usr/sbin/irodsServer, pid 40

As far as I can tell, this does not seem to have an effect on the install itself: After restarting iRODS, everything seems to work fine. Googling didn't find relevant results. Perhaps it's some access issue?

If the issue still persists once I'm done with the unattended setup, I'll ask iRODS support about this.

I have not noticed this on iRODS 4.3, so whatever the issue is, it seems to have fixed itself. Closing, but will reopen if this reappears.

Scratch that, this does in fact still happen with 4.3. Reopening..
