Wacom Display is not working as expected anymore with Biigle

I guess since the OpenLayers update the Wacom Display is not able to go into annotation mode, i.e. if you click on the polygon annotation the cursor doesn't change to the blue dot. If I change from the Wacom pen to the mouse the blue dot immediately appears. I'll debug the events and provide more information later on.
