我认为 “investigation”一般而言翻译为“调查”更准。但此处它的定义比一般的“调查”更广。在以Investigations 为名字的期刊 中（http://lib.tmu.edu.cn/s/183/t/851/65/d2/info26066.htm）， 三个翻译为“研究” (如 Cancer Investigation --> 癌症研究)， 一个为“调查”（i.e., Journal of Investigative Surgery --> 调查外科学期刊）。最后，我同意 把 OBI 翻译为 “生物医学研究本体”。
