It would be great if the project could be installed by users as follows:

$ conda env create -n mpc python=3.6
$ pip install mechanistic-pan-cancer-model # mpcmodel?

This will have the added advantage of making the project "importable anywhere" without mucking about with sys.path.

I'd be happy to help with this.
