Exception bug report on unattended sell offer #2908

As reported by user:

Here is what happened:

I created a 'sell offer'
Someone accepted it, but didn't send me fiat. I waited for few days, messaging the other person
But they didn't respond for few days and then they left (I guess they rejected / cancelled) the offer.
Then I got this error: "Runtime, Fsm Exception"
