  Although I am not completely sure that every little issue leading to Bounty for resolving a memory leak issue bisq#599 is resolved, I am quite sure I managed to find and resolve the biggest one. Therefore I am going to claim the bounty. Following @ManfredKarrer: "[7:12 PM] propably one of the most valuable lines in the code base" I am going to request a bounty of 1500 BSQ considering that the bounty has been out for almost 1,5 years. also closes Investigate memory increase/resource limitations on seed nodes bisq#2258
• drafted a proposal for an upcoming testing framework decision Finding a unified test framework for Bisq proposals#74 (600 BSQ)
• refactoring Seed node repo refactoring bisq#2464 and Seed node repo refactoring bisq#2476 (800 BSQ)
• took over two seednodes from @ManfredKarrer. Took some time setting the servers up and the servers are 5$ a month. (600 BSQ)
• update Arch user repo packages here and here (50 BSQ)
• reviewed a couple of pull requests (350 BSQ)
  • Delete tor files at startup bisq#2344
  • Improve handling when unable to connect to tor bisq#2399
  • Use NonMMappedSPVBlockStore on windows. bisq#2403
