Hi Leo, are you actually providing L1 support in the support channel? @bisq_knight and I stopped claiming it after we hired L1 support agents, so we should probably clarify who is L1 support agent or not.

Perhaps we should revisit the requirements to make them more specific.
On the bisq.wiki the duties are:

• Handle support cases
• Keep the coverage calendar up to date
• Submit regular cycle reports
