Revamp Bisq Facebook page

Currently there is no activity on Bisq's Facebook Page and the visuals are outdated ("bitsquare").

We should start using Facebook's user potential in order to engage with users across the Facebook Network. In order to do that, we have to:

• keep the Facebook handle up to date (according to Twitter handle)
• update the visuals and logo
• build the timeline history between March 2017 and February 2018 (posting milestones in the Bisq Network with past dates)
• engage with the Facebook community
• get active in various Facebook Groups (monitoring, commenting, answering)

@csacher, feel free to close this issue when you're ready. I've just tweeted about the new design / URL at the link below, and as far as I'm concerned, any further work can be managed in separate issues.

At a minimum, please do monthly updates with whatever stats and information you see fit at bisq-network/roles#48, and include links to those updates in your compensation requests. Thanks!
