After creating a selection box, one should be able to click anywhere inside it in order to select it.
Current behavior
Creating a tag box with one or more edges on the boundary pixels of the image makes it unselectable.
Steps to Reproduce
Click near one of the edges of the image.
Drag the other corner of the box all the way to the boundary of the closest edge and/or corner, then let go. The outermost pixels of the image should be highlighted.
Attempt to select the newly created box by clicking inside it. You should only be able to select a tiny box that is only a few pixels wide and not the actual box you selected.
