Track result data events

We currently use Umami for tracking page visits to the site. We can also track where users go after they search for a keyword. We can utilize umambi data events for this.
E.g. Theo searches for "adaptor signatures". The search query is tracked by umami. The results should each have a data attribute that stores info about the link associated with the result as well as the search query params that may be appended to it like filters, sources, etc.
