[bitnami/discourse] Migration error discource on fresh startup running in k8s cluster

What steps will reproduce the bug?

1. Fresh install k8s (Talos)
2. Helm install

Are you using any custom parameters or values?

helm install discource bitnami/discourse --set='auth.existingSecret=discource-admin-password,auth.username=admin,[email protected],siteName="temp",discourse.resourcesPreset=nano,image.tag=latest'

What do you see instead?

ERROR:  relation "translation_overrides" does not exist at character 523
