Recovering multisig & BWS

I was wondering if there is an issue with the wallet service url, it's stil the same BWS server. Copay show us no founds when we did activate the BCH, We're on 2 of 3 multisig and for some security reason we would prefer to not have to export the privates keys and do it directly on Copay.
