Spent many hours trying to understand this problem.....

I had around 4.3BCH in my Copay wallet. I sent a few test 0.05BCH to test the address converter. No problems. I managed to send and successfully receive 3BCH to other addresses.
The last 1.25BCH, i sent and created a tx in the App, and i have a confirmation email.....but the tx did not ever show on the blockchain.
I then tried the recovery tool. It successfully scanned and identified the BCH that i could not send above. I then entered a receiving address i previously and successfully used. A tx was created this time, however, this tx is now stuck for a day now??? This cannot be a fee issue (the recovery tool did not give me a choice to change the fee anyway, as far as i can remember), as it appears to be enough.
So whats the problem here? Something to do with the old swept addresses??
Im no coder, so please dumb down the answer/solution. Thanks

Stuck tx, .....

btc-insight.bitpay.com is not working, see

Your address received 0.05 & 0.11 bch, the 0.05 one is spent.

Thats an exchange address that received my sends. The 0.05 was from the Copay App. The 0.11 was a successful sweep and send from a Blockchain.info wallet. The other activity on that address is the exchange moving coins. But what happened to the 1.25390017 BCH i sent, is my question?

Nothing happened, just another issue of bch-insight.bitpay.com

Creating a tx id, is not a nothing... ea4399c84eee15641db1c6b1528c517657ca94f3340f58f4495e411c247e46e8

But yeah, certainly issues with this wallet service.

Just done a re-scan, and the 1.25390017 BCH is again waiting to be transferred. So as far as the BCH blockchain is concerned, finway is absolutely right, nothing happened. Pretty dangerous to use wallet/services when you cant trust the information being given. Horrible.
Gonna try re-sending......

So, before i sent, i just checked my Copay phone App. One of my wallets was showing available funds again. I chose to send BCH from the phone, and not use the recovery tool to re-send. Looks like it worked (currently 1 confirm).....

But just to reiterate how horribly buggy and plain wrong the Copay App is....its still showing the tx as "sending" and not "sent".
