Al menos hay un giga al que se le activa la salida de TV al arrancar.
Mirar mensaje en el foro

Hay que revisar que el código del VDR desactiva la salida de TV usando /dev/avswitch de igual forma que lo hace el comando "avswctl tv-vcr tv-off".
El código fuente de avswctl está en buildin/tool-box/avswctl.c.
