[Config Support]: Frigate MQTT Blueprint Person Notifications with No Recording

Describe the problem you are having

Repeated notifications via blueprint with no recording. Mosquitto log shows person is being detected. It was previously recommended here that the blueprint and MQTT be used to reduce phantom notifications, but this method does not seem to work with this config.

You'll either want to use the reviews topic with the beta blueprint or add filters to the current blueprint to filter out unwanted notifications

Upgraded to the latest beta, selected the reviews topic and set the person filter. For some reason after the Frigate 14.1 update yesterday morning there have been no false alarms after getting a half-dozen or more every day, but the release notes don't seem to have anything mentioned to explain that.
