Exclude directories drom blitz build/codegen

In our blitz project, we tried to move named volumes to the root directory of the project (as bind mounts). I'm talking about postgres db-data, mongo-data, elasticsearch data etc. However for some reason when running blitz dev or blitz codegen it sometimes fails (like in 40% of the cases) with error:

We've tried to do this:
