New designs

This is the page a user is brought to upon first logging in. In terms of rewriting this to Seeds, I anticipate using at least the following Seeds components: Heading, Card, Button, Icon

We should use semantic Seeds tokens wherever possible!

could be one to just release w/o toggling, might just mean we have slightly different styles
will just need to see what it's gonna look like for doorway
