Found a temporary solution:
Perform a Power Reset:
Shut down your computer.
Unplug it from the power source.
Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and start the computer.
This method has been reported to fix Bluetooth issues after upgrading to Linux Mint 22.1.
Thank you, Shubham, for the response and suggestion, but it does not work on my laptop. I'm thinking it may have helped in some cases, but not for me..
Another solution I have seen, that does not work for me, is:
Bluetooth works fine with Linux Mint 21.3 but fails after upgrade to Linux Mint 22.
