Lucy has requested a clean view of Tier 2 data elements. We currently have various source documents describing Tier 2 data elements for RADx Up and RADx rad. However, these are in legacy formats. They need to be cleaned and translated to RADx data dictionaries.

Update: RADx-rad have some newer data dictionaries coming. Coordinating with Peter on this.
