acmicpc.net 서비스 약관을 보면 한 계정으로 여러 곳에서 동시 접속하고 있을시 부정이용(?)이라고 하니 경고문을 적어야 할듯합니다
동일한 계정으로 2대 이상의 PC에서 동시접속이 발생하는 경우

이 PC라는 것이.. IP기반 판단이면 상관없을 듯하네요..
