Add other assets to repository

Just came across this repository and wondering if we could add the rest of the assets including:

docs.yml in .githubs/workflow
build.ps1 in docs folder
template/public/main.css and main.js in docs folder

I'm not sure if we should keep this repository as a download folder or as a submodule to be imported. I am more in favor of not importing it as a submodule given that:

1. we have to place these assets in different locations.
2. users will have to amend the files to edit the source location and github website.

Closed as resolved by bonsai-rx/docs#103 for now. Long term, I think we settled on adding these assets as part of a docs/docfx template bonsai-rx/bonsai#2054.
