Tasklist form is not fitting to the screen

Describe the Bug

Form is not fitting to the screen, so user has to scroll horizontally to view the whole date picker.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In modeler upload the attached form
2. Link the form to a user task
3. Deploy and run the process
4. Open the user task int tasklist and expand the date picker of the DueDate

Expected Behavior

Form is fitting to the screen and datepicker values are displayed

Actual Behavior

Form is not fitting to the screen and datepicker values are trimmed so user has to scroll horizontally
