Description

Tapping 'Review send' opens wallet modal instead and sends funds without reviewing

Reproducible on 1.75.x

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create new wallet
  2. Make sure wallet has funds (ETH mainnet)
  3. In Portfolio screen, tap 'Send'
  4. Choose Asset, recipient and amount to send. For recipient, paste external address
  5. Tap 'Review send'
  6. observe

Going to label this is a P2 IMO as we should fix this sooner than later.
