Description

Image

The Hide content from [website] option in the overflow menu for entries in Brave News does not hide the content. After selecting this option, content from the hidden source continues to appear in feed.

It is also worth noting that, if the option were to work and the content were to be hidden, there does not appear to be a list anywhere of sources that have been hidden. So (once this functionality works) if one were to hide content on accident or simply change their mind, there's no way to reverse the decision.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Brave News and scroll down
  2. Pick an entry and click the overflow menu --> Hide content from [website]
  3. Refresh page

Actual result

Content from the hidden source continues to appear in feed.

Expected result

Content should be hidden
