Transition animation when opening the Tabs screen differs from similar screens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Hamburger menu
3. Settings
4. Open Media, Appearance, or Sync, etc. > Conform transition animation from right to left
5. Open Tabs setting > Observe transition animation from bottom to top

Actual result

Transition animation when opening the Tabs screen differs from similar screens.

For the Tabs screen animation goes from bottom to top. For all other screens animation goes from right to left.
