Move bookmark/favorites button beside the row of search bar. (Similar to MS Edge)

Add a favorites button that can be found, in the row of the search bar, similar to Microsoft Edge. Which is cleaner and easier to manage than the current favorites/bookmarks.

I don't think I have access of assigning people to issues. I think you should ask the moderators and people who maintain the code of the Brave Browser and ask them to assign this issue to you.
