Since can not see the add-on logs that warp is enable, how we can validate the warp is enable or not? Is it automatically enable or not?

We did have this in our add-on previously. But we decided to remove this and some other functionality to keep the add-on easy to maintain and mainly because there is a very elegant way to do this anyways with our addon: Use a remote configured tunnel and configure everything Warp related in Cloudflare itself (see description here).

If we use remote configured tunnel then can we still use NPM as reverse proxy?

Yes you can do that, just add a catch-all forward rule to the tunnel to the host of NPM.
If you are running NPM HA add-on, you can use the host: http://a0d7b954-nginxproxymanager:80

To enable warp feature do we have to create new remote configured tunnel or just click migrate tunnel from zero trust dashboard?

It does not matter, you can do it both ways. If you have an existing tunnel, simply migrate it and then add the warp settings in the tunnel dashboard afterwards
