Predicted earnings algorithm is in super beta stage right now, and doesn't handle a lot of edge cases

For example,

For miner f0410941, the "Days until eligible for block rewards" is negative (-5). This is because an edge case of power dropping isn't handled by the algorithm. In this case, the miner's power dropped recently
