Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
PolkadotJS is too much effort if I'm just looking to transfer some funds around.

Describe the solution you'd like
A straight-forward UX for transferring funds within Polkadot/Kusama.

Additional context
For calculating transferable balance: free - max(miscFrozen, feeFrozen)
