Unable to continue to Map Columns after choosing Location as the entity.

This is pointing to an issue that exists in the lookup of meta data in the data loader command line. To identify what's happening here, go to: Main Menu -> View -> Developer -> Toggle Developer Tools. This will print out the results of the data loader command and have insights into what is failing in this call.
