Allow user linking in the backend with option to show stats publicly

I want to display my own stats on my website, I don't think I can do this because when people visit my site they would need to be logged-in as me. Could you perhaps provide the option to link a user in the backend then have an option to display their stats without being logged-in? Something like that might work.
