split golang probe client into a new process

golang probe uses glibc, which is independent of cgo, and currently uses mimalloc to overload related functions to ensure that golang probe will only use mmap to allocate memory.
In order to reduce the risk of process crash, it is better to fork a separate communication process during injection, which is similar to the architecture of the current php and python probes.
