Modern Python (>=3.5) supports type hinting, which is a massive improvement in development quality of life. The module maintainers and users both will see significantly improved autocomplete, documentation is improved implicitly (the best kind of docs), and hopefully users will find it easier to begin learning the project.
Would PRs adding type hinting be appreciated, or is it not really something the project is interested in?

This looks like something that would be helpful. Feel free to add type hinting if you'd like, otherwise we will probably have someone work on it here (at BYU) in the next couple months.
