I recall having a little trouble that time too, but eventually I got FireConsole working. I know I had both FirePHP and FireConsole installed at some point, both plugins started displaying in the console and I removed FirePHP and FIreConsole continued to work alone.

So, I had this all working, before I reinstalled my user account on my iMac.

I installed FireBug stable and FireConsole Alpha today on FF 3.6.3 Nothing was showing up in the console, the FireConsole Button didn't have an enable button. I tried FB alpha version, no luck. I installed the FirePHP plugin and IT works, but not FireConsole.

FireConsole's button still only shows a few options, which when I click each, do nothing.

NarwhalRunner is mostly blank too, with Clear and Copy buttons only.

Thanks for the report. I have been neglecting FireConsole a bit while I was evolving the FirePHP server library and a more advanced client that works without Firebug. If you are interested in checking out FirePHP 1.0 you could take a look at: http://companion.firephp.org/
I'll be getting FireConsole up to speed as soon as the new FirePHP and communication code stabilizes a bit more.
