Add support for ignore argument

The markdownlint-cli program has an argument called --ignore(-i) that accepts either a file, directory, or globbing pattern for files/directories that should be excluded when running linting.

This is something that would be useful to have, instead of having to create a .markdownignore file with the list of files to ignore.
