Hey @laneymangan! I'm pretty sure you started this ODS doc I added to it. Are you good with your part? If so, do you think I should send it over to Scott to see if we're hitting the mark? |
@kathrynmsullivan let me give this another look in a bit before sending to Scott. I'll ping you when I'm ready on my end. Thank you!! :) |
This is the one-pager for a menu of services |
Hey @laneymangan! Can you take a look at my edits? I can check in with Scott to see if he's able to take a look too. |
@kathrynmsullivan so sorry for the hold up here! I made a few minor edits but I think that's about all I can provide at this point so I say we call in Scott. thank you!! |
Hello! Request for a one-pager for the audience of vendors to be handed out to vendors at conferences. I am presuming the call to action would be to get them to sign-up for email notifications regarding new MSAs (via the existing Cal-ITP newsletter). So that when we publish new RFPs we get a higher number of qualified applicants and the vendors can help spread the word about Cal-ITP to their own transit agency clients. Putting the request here for now for lack of options. |
@ProvvidenzaC - When you have a chance, can you review the ODS & Menu of Services one pagers that are link above? The rest are already completed and live on the calitp website. Thank you! |
most recent one pager for Connectivity can be found here. It just needs to be updated with a new QR code so I'll follow up on that. Rebel team offered different sizes if we want, so if we want pamphlet size or anything I can let them know. CC @kathrynmsullivan @o-ram |
thank you @laneymangan! We'll probably only need one of the slides. It looks like the difference between slide 1 and 2 is adding a QR code or not |
Could we suggest a vanity url to the Rebel team instead of a QR code? ie
something like calitp.org/sim. Kegan has pointed out QR codes are
difficult to manage long term

Yes I can, I will ask today at the account manager sync :) |
Though not in the original list, for consistency here's the draft of the Service and Training One Pager @AnthonyRollins can you review, ty! |
Some feedback as I'm printing a handful of these out to take to APTA Expo, some of the one pagers only have hyperlinked texted instead of visible urls or emails, which isn't useful once printed. For example the Payments 101 says "Contact us online through the Mobility Marketplace" The contact us is hyperlinked https://www.camobilitymarketplace.org/contact, but you can't see that on the printed document. A better option is the GTFS one-pager says "Send your questions to [email protected] to get started." |
@vykster - that is super helpful for the designs Colleen is making now. @AnthonyRollins and I found the copies you can edit. Anthony, where were those? |
@vykster we can update them in Figma, do you have editor access on these files? |
I don't need them right now! |
OK, we will eventually need them for our conferences, is it possible to give me editor access so I can update those files, or does that increase costs? |
@kathrynmsullivan I have editor access to the one-pagers, let's confirm the ones we need to bring and update so we can print them out. |
@AnthonyRollins - sounds good. @o-ram: if we don't have an ODS ready, do we want to add the benefits one pager to this list: Menu of Services, Contactless, & GTFS? |
apologies -- I had no idea you all were asking for editor access to figma.

@AnthonyRollins: The following one-pagers are ready for printing: |
@kathrynmsullivan -- I can update the Figma files, so I went ahead and made an update to the Contactless one-pager: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YysUYVsbS5Iwr65mNGbjI3ArGMm6-Du_?usp=share_link |
@AnthonyRollins - I've accepted Scott's edits for the ODS One-Pager. While it's all fits onto one page, it could be shortened a little more. I've highlighted my suggestions of what might be on a one-pager |
For consideration, a one-pager about the mobility marketplace! with a "device mockup" showing the home page. @indexing can probably help you generate device mockup pngs for one pagers. |
We can certainly generate a mockup for mobimart. We'll need to know device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), device make (Dell, Apple, Android, etc.) and the URL for the view to display. cc// @segacy1 |
@kathrynmsullivan Let's add this to our 1:1 to see the best way to make this into a one-pager. I have some ideas and definitely like your highlights for things to keep in the one-pager. @indexing @vykster, I like the idea of including the mobility marketplace as a one-pager because we don't have an excellent way to showcase MSAs without pointing people to that website. However, we talked about them with a few people at CALACT. To answer your questions, Andy, Desktop, Dell/Apple (not sure which is better really) and camobilitymarketplace.com works for us. Thoughts about including a mobility marketplace one-pager @kathrynmsullivan @o-ram @laneymangan |
I think a one-pager for the mobi mart is a great idea. I think the payments presentation has a great jumping off point for me that we can work through in our 1:1 @AnthonyRollins |
@AnthonyRollins - Work in progress, but here is the MobiMart One-Pager. FYI @o-ram & @vykster |
@kathrynmsullivan here's the draft of the ODS one-pager. I've updated the settings, so you should be able to view it now. |
The ODS one-pager looks fantastic. @safrazier17 Is there a call to action for this? Are we looking for more co-signers or for ODS to be use in more procurements? |
@AnthonyRollins - ODS one-pager is beautiful :) |
Working drafts of all 1-page reference materials can be found here
For this issue, we want to highlight Cal-ITP services that transit agencies find most helpful. Some are finalized and currently on our website, some need to be created. These are the current suggestions of one-pagers:
If we need to create one the process is as follow:
