The Connectivity SOP will need to be updated once this property is created

The need for this property should be rectified by the creation of Vendor custom objects. We will then be able to associate a transit agency with their cellular provider. I'm keeping this issue open and paused for now until we have created the Vendor custom object and are 100% certain it works as intended.
