Feature Request

David wants to see if the CRM can hold the information on what agencies have benefits and what enrollments they have for benefits, Veterans, Senior discounts, etc.

Is this request related to a problem?

David has to reach out to each team to get a status for which agency is in what service and how far along they are.

Use Case

David meets with Legislators to talk about the Cal-ITP program - he wants to make sure he has all the info in one place about the status of agencies in the representative districts.
