Banner announcement was approved by DGS but needs to be approved by CalSTA. No ETA. Let Zach know that if it's not approved by next Monday at the latest, we will not have time to upload and remove prior to the 10/12 deadline.

Banner is approved by DGS and CalSTA per Gillian, via Slack. The message is below:

DGS has issued a Draft RFP for GTFS-Realtime software so public transit agencies can provide riders with real time fleet location. Reply by 10/12. Learn more.

Banner to be posted on MobiMart ASAP and to be removed after 2p PT on 10/12. Here is the ticket for the removal: #478
