This Privacy Policy explains how Cal Blueprint and Cultural Survival ("us", "we", "our") uses and protects your information when you use the Cultural Survival mobile app ("app", "Service") .

Our app contains links that lead to other websites. If you click on these links, Cultural Survival app is not held responsible for your data and privacy protection. If at some point you might wish to restrict, update, correct, or delete your personal information that we have collected through the app, contact us as specified below and we will take reasonable steps to honor your request in accordance with applicable law.
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Therefore, we will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Cultural Survival app does not direct services to, nor does it knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information through the app, we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
