Add auto-formating tools (scripts)

• Discuss further coding style for repository. (On forum)
• Choose auto-formatting tool.
• Prepare script for chosen tool with rules for auto formatting.
• Update docs (how to use).
• Do formatting when building automatically (need to discuss, may break building process for newcomers as will require one additional tool)

using some kind of autoformatting tool would be useful. some files are quite messy ..
i only know of clang-format. can you suggest any?

i would rather avoid having such a tool run automatically and push to our repos. in my experience they tend to often enough break things.
