Though I have added an initial Jenkins file so that we can release the Yeoman project (https://github.com/camel-tooling/vscode-yeoman/blob/master/JenkinsFile), it's not quite up to snuff to work and allow us to release a new version of this extension.

I will need to get some help from @lhein I believe to make this work.
