Help/User Guide in Workbench Tab Not Functioning/Missing #1063

Describe the bug
The "Help/User Guide" feature in the Workbench does not function as expected. Clicking on the help or guide option does not display any information or assistance, leaving users unable to access the intended guidance.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1)Open the application.
2)Navigate to the "Workbench" page.
3)Click on the Options tab on the right of the menu bar.
4)Select the "Help/User Guide" option.
5)Observe that no content or functionality is displayed.

Expected behavior
Clicking on the "Help/User Guide" option from the Options tab should provide a clear and accessible guide or documentation to assist users in navigating and using the Workbench features.

Additional context
This issue prevents users from understanding or navigating the Workbench effectively, particularly for new users or those unfamiliar with its features. It is crucial for the "Help/User Guide" to be operational to enhance usability.

For this issue, is the html page not built for this feature, or is the button not linked to that page?
In case the page is not built, could you guide on how the design and contents of the page should be?

Hi @birm, opened a PR which fixes this issue as well as some of the broken links in the User guide, please take a look whenever convenient, thanks
