There are problems with the format, but sharing as an idea of the Criteria, conformance, and remarks style that is already in use for other procurement type formats
If we want something more machine readable, I think YAML-izing it will go a long way (as discussed at the meeting). It'd be nice to have a 'scorecard' get generated automatically from answers.
I really like the idea of multiple levels of conformance: Supports, Partially Supports, Does Not Support, Not Applicable, Not Evaluated
I think we would need a machine readable format for the assessments like for #112 .
