Making an epic to get staging up to date with main changes in addition to updating GK pilot data

@jsstevenson honestly, I think I may just branch off of main and rename our current staging branch to metaschema

Update: I keep going back and forth. I'm going to keep working off of staging and make incremental PRs for pulling in changes from main
