COU supports two formats for getting help about a subcommand:

  • cou help <subcommand>
  • cou <subcommand> --help

We have custom logic to support the cou help <subcommand> case - we could remove that to simplify the code, and leave a single canonical method for getting help on a subcommand. Thoughts?
