Hello folks

When MAAS anvil creates juju resources it creates a controller on a single machine - this request is for juju to be deployed in HA when two more nodes are added.

** Functional requirements **

  1. Argument or logic to enable HA
  2. After two machines are added, HA logic becomes available
  3. Automation to apply the HA configuration
